Who We Are
Mediabarn Staffing is a division of Mediabarn, Inc., a consultancy with deep roots in creative, digital, and experience work. That broader foundation gives our staffing team a stronger understanding of the roles our clients need to fill and the work those teams are expected to deliver.
Our experience is informed by the larger Mediabarn ecosystem, which also includes Market Research and HCD consulting. That means we are not approaching hiring from a purely transactional staffing lens. We understand the disciplines, team structures, and working environments our clients are building across marketing, UX, design, digital, and related functions.
For companies hiring specialized talent, that difference matters. We are able to speak the language of the work, understand the nuance between roles, and help clients find people who are better aligned to both the position and the team.

A Little History
Founded in 2004, Mediabarn has grown with a clear focus on helping clients solve creative, digital, and experience-related challenges with the right people and the right support. Over time, that broader foundation has shaped the way our staffing team works and the kinds of roles we are best equipped to fill.
Because Mediabarn’s roots extend beyond staffing alone, our team brings a stronger understanding of the disciplines clients are hiring for and the business context those hires need to support. We have worked alongside organizations building marketing teams, digital products, UX initiatives, research programs, and creative functions, which gives us a more informed perspective on the talent those teams require.
That history also helps explain why Mediabarn is different from a typical generalist staffing firm. We are not simply matching keywords to resumes. We understand the work behind the job title, the overlap between adjacent disciplines, and the kinds of team dynamics that can make a hire successful or unsuccessful.
